All goods are shipped from Lithuania (EU), tracking number is provided!

We try to ship in stock orders within 1-3 business days. Custom order production may take 3-5 business days. Bulk order production terms are negotiable individually.

Shipping methods:

DHL express shipping:

DHL Express will usually take 1-3 working days to deliver your package to main cities around the world
Shipping rates:

  • EU - from 12 (approx. 14 USD)
  • USA, Canada - €17 (approx. 19 USD)
  • Rest of World - from 18 (approx. 21 USD)

Accurate delivery shipping prices are calculated during checkout process.

Standard international shipping:

Delivery time usually takes 1-2 weeks in EU, 2-3 weeks in USA and 3-5 weeks for the Rest of the World
Shipping price - €5 (approx. 6 USD)

Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with the delivery. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import fees on delivery.

Delivery in Lithuania usually takes 1-3 working days, shipping price €1 for small goods and €2 for bigger one.

Returns Policy

We care of all CrazyHorseCraft customers, so if you open your purchase and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at info@crazyhorsecraft.com and don't forget to write your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions. 

The returned order needs to be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. We are a small craft company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition is important to our business.

Once your goods are returned to us we will process refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (it depends on the original payment).

Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original packaging. 

We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your goods will be returned we will process a money refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you to use a trackable service when returning your order. 

Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
