Delivery
All goods are shipped from Lithuania (EU). A tracking number is provided. All destinations outside the EU do not include customs, duties, or tax and may be subject to these charges on delivery by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
The exact shipping price and terms are calculated at checkout.
We aim to ship in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. Custom order production may take 3-5 business days. Bulk order production terms are negotiable on an individual basis.
Shipping methods:
FedEx or DHL Express shipping will usually take 1-4 working days to deliver your package to main cities around the world.
DPD or FedEx Economy will usually take 3-8 working days to deliver your package to the main Europe cities.
Standard international shipping via national post services. Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks within the EU, 2-3 weeks in the USA, and 3-5 weeks for the Rest of the World.
Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with delivery.
Returns Policy
We put great care into what we do and we also care about our Crazy Horse Craft customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days. We'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If you find your purchase to be not quite right for you, please email us at info@crazyhorsecraft.com quoting your order number. We will then send you the return address and instructions.
RETURN TIME:
Returned orders must be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. Because we are a small craft company, it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.
REFUND:
Once goods are returned in perfect condition we will process a refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment method).
GOODS CONDITION:
Please make sure your returned goods are unused and in their original packaging.
ORDER EXCHANGE:
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a refund.
EXCEPTIONS:
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.
