Shipping policy

We care of all CrazyHorseCraft customers, so if you open your purchase and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at ingo@crazyhorsecraft.com and don't forget to write your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions.

RETURN TIME:
The returned order needs to be postmarked within 14 days from the receiving day. We are a small craft company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition is important to our business.

REFUND:
Once your goods are returned to us we will process the refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (it depends on the original payment).

GOODS CONDITION:
Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original packaging.

ORDER EXCHANGE:
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your goods will be returned we will process a money refund.

EXCEPTIONS:
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you to use a trackable service when returning your order.

Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
